A warming wearable pump for pumping on the go
The Zomee W1 breast pump, from the Mother’s Nature™ line, is a cordless, hands-free wearable that sits inside your bra. It gently warms as you pump. Zomee built it for work, errands, and anywhere away from an outlet.
Answer an email or rock your baby to sleep while it works.

Is the Zomee W1 breast pump right for you?
Best for
- Pumping at work, in the car, or on errands
- Moms who’d like warmth to help them relax
- Night sessions: it’s quiet and has a night light
- Keeping it simple, with four buttons and no app
Maybe not for
- Long home sessions with separate suction per side: see the tabletop Zomee H1
- Collecting colostrum: the H1 comes with containers for it
- Anyone who wants an app

What sets it apart: gentle warmth
The NatureWarm™ shield cycles between 95 and 105°F as you pump. Zomee says the warmth, inspired by a baby’s body temperature, helps you relax for let-down.
The shield cycles on its own through the whole session, so there’s nothing to adjust once you start.
Four modes, including one for your supply
Start gentle, switch once milk flows, and save BioBoost for the days you want more. Zomee lists 12 adjustable suction levels.
- Stimulation
- Gentle pulls to help bring on let-down.
- Expression
- For once your milk is flowing.
- 2-Phase
- Zomee designed it to follow the rhythm of nursing.
- BioBoost™
- Mimics cluster feeding, a pattern many moms use to increase milk supply.

Five sizes in the box
A good fit makes pumping more comfortable. The W1 comes with a 24 mm warming shield plus inserts that size it down, so you can try a smaller fit without ordering anything.

Measuring steps, using the ruler in the box, are in the What’s Included tab.

Built for a full day out
No tubes, no cords, nothing to set on a table. Here’s what makes it easy to take along.
- Long battery
- Charge for about 90 minutes, then pump for more than 120 away from an outlet.
- Quiet
- About 46 dB, Zomee says, for pumping on a call or near a sleeping baby.
- Night light
- See what you’re doing at 3 a.m. without switching on a lamp.
- 6 oz collectors
- Room on each side, so you’re less likely to stop and empty mid-session.
- 3-year warranty

Questions moms ask about the Zomee W1 breast pump
How much does the Zomee Mother’s Nature W1 Warming Wearable Breast Pump cost with insurance?
With insurance, the Zomee Mother’s Nature W1 Warming Wearable Breast Pump is $0 out of pocket on the plans we work with. Check your coverage and we’ll tell you your exact cost before you order.
How strong is the Zomee W1 suction?
Up to 300 mmHg across 12 adjustable levels, Zomee says. The Spectra S1 and S2 list 270 mmHg, so the W1’s maximum is higher on paper. A maximum is a ceiling, not a promise of how much milk you get, so start low and go by comfort.
Is the Zomee W1 hospital grade?
Zomee describes the W1’s 300 mmHg suction as hospital-grade, but we don’t use that label ourselves. The number to compare is the maximum suction in mmHg: 300 on the W1, against 270 on the Spectra S1 and S2.
Do I have to use the warming?
No. There’s one warmth level, and you can switch it off any time, like on a hot day. The pump works fully without it.
How long does the Zomee W1 battery last, and how do I charge it?
Zomee rates it at more than 120 minutes of pumping per charge, and a charge takes about 90 minutes. It charges with the two magnetic cables in the box; Zomee doesn’t name the port type.
How loud is the Zomee W1?
46 dB, Zomee says, which is quiet enough to pump near a sleeping baby or on a call.
How do I clean the Zomee W1?
Each pump has four parts that touch milk: the warming shield, duckbill valve, milk collector and diaphragm. A cleaning brush comes in the box. Zomee doesn’t publish dishwasher or sterilizing instructions for the W1 on its site, so call us before you put any part in the dishwasher.
How do I put the Zomee W1 together?
Each pump is a motor, a 6 oz milk collector, a diaphragm, a duckbill valve and a 24 mm warming shield, plus a smaller insert if you size down. Zomee doesn’t publish written assembly steps online and the W1 box doesn’t list a manual, so call us and we’ll walk you through it.
Which flange size fits the Zomee W1?
It comes with a 24 mm warming shield and inserts in 15, 17, 19 and 21 mm. Measure across the base of your nipple, not the areola, and add up to 3 mm, then try the closest size. The What’s Included tab has the steps, or call us and we’ll help.
What’s the difference between the Zomee W1 and the Zomee Fit?
The W1 reaches 300 mmHg, warms the shield and has BioBoost mode. The Zomee Fit reaches 280 mmHg and has Nipple Correction and a fullness sensor instead of warming. Both run at about 46 dB and hold 6 oz.
How does the Zomee W1 compare to the Spectra S1?
The W1’s maximum is higher (300 against 270 mmHg), and it sits inside your bra with no tubes. The Spectra S1 is a rechargeable tabletop pump with tubing and bottles.
Can I lie back while I use the Zomee W1?
Zomee doesn’t publish guidance on reclining with the W1. For its Fit wearable it advises keeping the pump upright, so we’d treat upright as the safe default.
Does insurance cover the Zomee W1?
Yes. Most health plans must cover a breast pump under federal rules, and we check your plan, get the prescription from your doctor, and ship the Zomee W1 to your door. Start your order through insurance, and we will tell you before anything ships if your plan covers a different pump.
