A tabletop double pump that sets each breast on its own
The Zomee Mother’s Nature™ H1 has a separate motor for each breast, so you set suction and speed for each side, in every mode. It’s built for moms who pump mostly at home.
If one side lets down fast and the other takes its time, you don’t have to pick one setting for both. Zomee says it’s the only tabletop pump that does this, and calls it hospital-grade.
Is the H1 right for you?
Best for
- Pumping mostly at home, in longer sessions on the couch or by the bed
- Moms whose two sides respond differently
- Building, keeping or boosting your supply, from colostrum on
- Night sessions, with a dim light and a screen you can lock
Maybe not for
- Pumping at work, in the car or on errands, with no tubes or cords. The Zomee W1 sits in your bra.
Two motors: each side gets its own settings
Turn up suction on the slower side and leave the other where it feels comfortable. Pump both at once, one side only, or take turns.

Questions moms ask about the Zomee H1
How much does the Zomee Mother’s Nature H1 Breast Pump cost with insurance?
With insurance, the Zomee Mother’s Nature H1 Breast Pump costs $0 to $95, depending on your plan. Many plans cover it in full; others add an upgrade fee. Check your coverage and we’ll tell you your exact cost before you order.
How strong is the Zomee H1 suction?
Up to 300 mmHg across 12 adjustable levels, Zomee says. Each side has its own level, so the strength you pick on the left doesn’t change the right. The Spectra S1 and S2 list 270 mmHg, so the H1’s maximum is 30 mmHg higher on paper. Start low and raise the level until it’s comfortable.
Is the Zomee H1 hospital grade?
Zomee calls it a hospital-grade pump with “hospital-grade suction” at 300 mmHg, but we don’t use that label ourselves. The number to compare is the maximum suction in mmHg: 300 on the H1, against 270 on the Spectra S1 and S2.
How do I put the Zomee H1 together?
Zomee’s site doesn’t publish written steps, but the English and Spanish manual in the box does. Each side uses a breast shield body, a Mother’s Nature flange, a diaphragm, duckbill valves, a bottle or colostrum container, and an air tube that runs to the motor. If a step in the manual is unclear, Zomee’s customer line is 1-888-662-7159, or call us.
How do I clean the Zomee H1 parts?
Zomee doesn’t publish washing, dishwasher or sterilizing instructions on its site, so follow the manual in the box and check it before you put any part in the dishwasher. A cleaning brush comes in the box. Zomee describes the H1 as a closed system that keeps milk and bacteria out of the motor.
What replacement parts does the Zomee H1 use, and where do I buy them?
Zomee sells replacement diaphragms, duckbill valves, 6 oz wide-neck bottles with caps and the AC adapter on zomee.com. It doesn’t publish a schedule for how often to swap them, so replace a part when it tears, warps or stops sealing. The H1 also fits Zomee’s Z1 and Z2 breast shield kits.
Which flange sizes come with the Zomee H1?
Two 19 mm and two 21 mm Mother’s Nature™ flanges, plus a nipple ruler. Zomee doesn’t list other sizes on the H1 page. If neither size feels right, call us and we’ll help you find your size.
How long does the Zomee H1 battery last, and how do I charge it?
It takes about 2 hours to charge, Zomee says, using the AC adapter in the box. Zomee doesn’t publish how long a charge lasts or what charging port the motor has, so we won’t guess.
How loud is the Zomee H1?
46 dB, Zomee says, about the level of a soft conversation. The night light has two levels, so you can pump at night without switching on the lamp.
Can I use the Zomee H1 lying down?
Zomee doesn’t say whether you can lean back or lie down with the H1. Its manual and site are silent on position, so for a reclined position ask Zomee’s customer line at 1-888-662-7159, or call us.
Can I pump one side at a time?
Yes. Single Left and Single Right run one breast only, and Alternate switches between sides. That also lets you pump one side while your baby nurses on the other.
Will insurance cover the Zomee H1?
Many plans cover a breast pump, and we check yours before anything ships. If your plan covers a different pump, we tell you first. Start your order through insurance and we’ll confirm the H1 for your plan.
Zomee H1 or Spectra Synergy Gold: which should I pick?
Both are tabletop double pumps that set each breast on its own. The H1 reaches 300 mmHg, is rechargeable and lets you set speed per side. The Spectra Synergy Gold reaches 270 mmHg over 15 levels, needs an outlet (no battery), and keeps one cycle speed for both sides.
Can I get a Zomee pump through insurance?
Most health plans, including Marketplace plans, must cover a breast pump under federal rules (HealthCare.gov). We check your plan, get the prescription from your doctor, and ship the H1 to your door. If your plan covers a different pump, we will tell you before anything ships.
