Momcozy breast pumps at a glance
Momcozy makes wearable breast pumps: the motor sits on a cup inside your bra, with no tubes or cords. We carry three through insurance: the Momcozy S12 Pro Quick with the biggest cups and longest battery, the light Momcozy M5 Smart with app control and a carry case, and the Momcozy W1, which adds warmth and massage.
Which Momcozy breast pump is right for you?
All three are wearables. Pick by what matters most in your day.
- Momcozy S12 Pro Quick
- Momcozy’s newer version of the S12 Pro, with 7 oz cups, up to 8 sessions per charge and only 4 parts to wash. It runs from buttons and a screen you can read at night, with no app, and the flange cover doubles as a stand.
- Momcozy M5 Smart
- The lightest of the three, about 8 oz per pump, Momcozy says. Run it from its buttons or the Momcozy app, which can set each side on its own and log your output. A case to carry both pumps comes in the box.
- Momcozy W1
- For a slow let-down or sessions that feel tense: the breast shield warms to 99, 102 or 106°F and a 5-zone massage moves in time with the suction. It has 12 suction levels and 4 modes, and the app is optional.

Questions moms ask about Momcozy breast pumps
Is a Momcozy breast pump covered by insurance?
On most plans, yes. Some plans cover a Momcozy in full, others add an upgrade fee, and not every plan offers every model. Start your order and pick your state and plan to see each pump you qualify for, with any fee, before you pay anything.
Which pumps have no upgrade fee on most plans?
The Zomee Z2, Zomee Fit, Zomee W1, Lansinoh DiscreetDuo Flow and Ameda Mya Joy Basic are covered in full on the plans we work with. If you want a wearable with no fee, the Zomee Fit and Zomee W1 both sit in your bra like a Momcozy.
Which Momcozy breast pump is best?
The one that fits your day. For long days away from a charger and the biggest cups, the Momcozy S12 Pro Quick. For the lightest pump, app control and a carry case, the Momcozy M5 Smart. If your let-down is slow or sessions feel tense, the Momcozy W1 adds warmth and massage.
What’s the difference between the Momcozy S12 Pro Quick, M5 Smart and W1?
The S12 Pro Quick has 7 oz cups, up to 8 sessions per charge and no app. The M5 Smart is the lightest at about 8 oz per pump, holds 5.4 oz per side, works with the Momcozy app and comes with a carry case. The W1 holds 6 oz per side, adds warmth and 5-zone massage, and has 12 suction levels instead of 9. The S12 Pro Quick is Momcozy’s newer version of the S12 Pro, which Momcozy no longer sells in the US.
How strong is Momcozy suction?
Up to 295 mmHg on the Momcozy W1, 292 mmHg on the S12 Pro Quick and 285 mmHg on the M5 Smart, Momcozy says. For comparison, Spectra rates the S1 and S2 at 270 mmHg, so all three Momcozy pumps reach a little higher.
Are all Momcozy breast pumps wearable?
All three we carry are. Each pump sits inside your bra with no tubes or cords, and you get two, one for each side. If you’d rather have a tabletop pump, see all breast pumps we carry.
How long does a Momcozy battery last?
Up to 8 sessions per charge (about 240 minutes) on the S12 Pro Quick and about 6 sessions (about 180 minutes) on the M5 Smart, Momcozy says. The W1 runs up to 10 sessions, or 6 with warmth and massage on. Each charges over USB-C in about 2 hours.
Are Momcozy breast pumps quiet?
Momcozy rates the S12 Pro Quick at 46 dB or quieter. Its own listings give different figures for the M5 Smart, and it doesn’t publish a decibel rating for the W1.
What warranty do Momcozy pumps have?
Momcozy says at least 2 years on the S12 Pro Quick. It doesn’t publish a warranty term for the M5 Smart or the W1.
Do I need a prescription to get a Momcozy through insurance?
Yes, insurance requires one, but you don’t need it in hand to order. Give us your doctor’s details and we request the prescription for you. Most plans let your pump ship about 30 days before your due date.
