Zomee Fit: a simple wearable breast pump for busy days
The Zomee Fit breast pump is a cordless, hands-free wearable that sits inside your bra. It has a mode made for flat or inverted nipples, and a fullness sensor that pauses pumping before the cup spills.
Make dinner or chase your toddler while it works.

Is the Zomee Fit breast pump right for you?
Best for
- Pumping at work, on errands, or on the school run
- Moms with flat or inverted nipples
- Anyone who has spilled a full cup: the sensor pauses at the level you set
- Keeping it simple, with few parts to wash and no app
A mode made for flat or inverted nipples
Zomee says up to 20% of women have at least one inverted nipple, which can make pumping harder. Nipple Correction Mode gives a deep pull, then a 10-second hold, to gently draw the nipple out and center it in the shield.
Start with it for 3 to 5 minutes, then switch to Stimulation. It has five suction settings of its own, so you can keep it comfortable.

Fewer spills, no guessing
- Fullness sensor
- Set it to 4, 5 or 6 oz and the pump pauses when milk reaches that line, so a full cup doesn’t overflow.
- Built-in timer
- The screen shows how long you’ve been pumping, no app or phone needed.
- 2-Phase mode
- Mixes stimulation and expression in a pattern Zomee designed to mimic a baby’s sucking.
- Stimulation and Expression
- Gentle pulls to bring on let-down, then deeper ones once your milk is flowing.
- Closed system
- Zomee says its anti-backflow design keeps milk away from the motor.
Easy to take along, quick to wash
No tubes or cords while you pump, and Zomee rates it at about 46 dB, quiet enough for a meeting.

Questions moms ask about the Zomee Fit breast pump
How much does the Zomee Fit Wearable Breast Pump cost with insurance?
With insurance, the Zomee Fit Wearable Breast Pump is $0 out of pocket on the plans we work with. Check your coverage and we’ll tell you your exact cost before you order.
How strong is the Zomee Fit suction?
Up to 280 mmHg, Zomee says. Zomee doesn’t publish how many suction levels the current Fit has, only that Nipple Correction Mode has five. The Spectra S1 and S2 list 270 mmHg, so the Fit’s maximum is slightly higher on paper.
Is the Zomee Fit hospital grade?
Zomee describes the Fit’s 280 mmHg suction as hospital-grade, but we don’t use that label ourselves. The number to compare is the maximum suction in mmHg: 280 on the Fit, against 270 on the Spectra S1 and S2.
Can I use the Zomee Fit with flat or inverted nipples?
Yes. Start each session in Nipple Correction Mode for 3 to 5 minutes to draw the nipple out, then switch to Stimulation. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll talk it through.
How long does the Zomee Fit battery last, and how do I charge it?
Up to 2.5 hours of pumping on a full charge, depending on your settings. It charges by USB-C with the two cables and adapter in the box, and Zomee’s W1 page puts the Fit’s charge time at about 2 hours, or 30 minutes for a quick charge.
How loud is the Zomee Fit?
46 dB, Zomee says, about a soft hum. That’s quiet enough for a meeting or public use.
How do I clean the Zomee Fit?
Zomee says there are only four washable parts, though it doesn’t name them. A container brush comes in the box. Zomee doesn’t publish dishwasher or sterilizing instructions on its site, so call us before you put any part in the dishwasher.
How do I put the Zomee Fit together?
Zomee’s site doesn’t publish written steps, but the English and Spanish manual in the box does. Each side has a shield body, diaphragm, duckbill valve, container and lid. Zomee says to confirm the inserts are seated, center your nipple in the shield, and keep the pump upright.
Which flange size fits the Zomee Fit?
It comes with 25 mm shields plus 21 and 17 mm inserts, and a nipple ruler. Zomee says measuring is a starting point, so try the sizes in the box and keep the most comfortable. The What’s Included tab has the details, or call us and we’ll help.
How does the fullness sensor work?
Set it to 4, 5 or 6 oz when you start and the pump pauses once milk reaches that line. Zomee still advises checking the container on long sessions.
What’s the difference between the Zomee Fit and the Zomee W1?
The Fit reaches 280 mmHg and adds Nipple Correction and a fullness sensor. The Zomee W1 reaches 300 mmHg, warms the shield and has BioBoost mode. Both run at about 46 dB and hold 6 oz.
Can I lie back while I use the Zomee Fit?
Zomee’s FAQ says to keep the pump upright while you pump, so we’d sit up or stand rather than lean back.
Does insurance cover the Zomee Fit?
Yes. Most health plans must cover a breast pump under federal rules, and we check your plan, get the prescription from your doctor, and ship the Zomee Fit to your door. Start your order through insurance, and we will tell you before anything ships if your plan covers a different pump.
