Why compression

Compression socks and garments ease swelling and support circulation during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Many plans cover them just like a breast pump.

Order tracking

Check your order status

Every order moves through the same five steps, and you can see exactly where yours is at any time. Log in with the email you ordered with and we will send you a one-time code.

The five steps of every order

  1. Received. Your order is in our system and our team has it in front of them. You will get a confirmation email right away.
  2. Verifying benefits. We confirm your coverage with your insurance plan and make sure we have a valid prescription from your doctor. This is usually the longest step, and we explain why below.
  3. Preparing shipment. Coverage is confirmed and your pump or supplies are being picked and packed at our warehouse.
  4. Shipped. Your order is on the truck. This is when your tracking number appears, and shipping is always free.
  5. Delivered. Your order has arrived. If anything is missing or not right, call us and we will fix it.

Why verifying benefits takes the longest

Getting a breast pump through insurance means we do some paperwork so you do not have to. During this step we check exactly what your plan covers, reach out to your doctor for a prescription if we do not have one yet, and bill your insurance directly. Insurance companies and doctor’s offices work in days, not minutes, so this step commonly takes a few business days.

Two things speed it up: having your prescription ready when you order (or uploading it in the order form), and answering if we call or text. If we have a question about your plan, you are the fastest person who can unblock it.

When do I get a tracking number?

Tracking numbers exist only once a carrier scans your box, so yours appears the moment your order reaches the shipped step. You will find it in your account with a link straight to the carrier’s tracking page. If your order shows preparing shipment, a tracking number is normally a day or two away.

Rather talk to a person?

No login needed. Call us at 866-255-6779 and a real person will look up your order and tell you exactly where it is. You can also send us a message and we will get back to you quickly.
