Silicone collection cups that turn your pump hands-free
Legendairy Milk Silicone Collection Cups replace your flanges and bottles with two 8 oz cups that sit inside your bra, connected to the pump you already own. Soft silicone shields in 24 and 28 mm come in the kit.
No more bottles hanging off you while you pump.

Are these cups right for you?
Best for
- Moms who already have a compatible pump, like a Spectra, Motif Luna or Ameda Mya Joy
- Pumping while you work, drive, or hold the baby
- Anyone tired of hard plastic flanges and dangling bottles
Maybe not for
- Moms who still need a pump: the Zomee Z2 with hands-free cups comes with both, through insurance
- Catching leaks between sessions: these are made for active pumping only

Will silicone collection cups work with my pump?
Most likely, if your pump uses standard tubing. The kit comes with two sets of tubing adapters. Pumps we carry that Legendairy lists as compatible:
The full list by brand is on the Features tab. The Medela Freestyle Hands-free is not compatible, and Bellababy and BabyBuddha pumps need Legendairy’s workaround.
Why moms switch to in-bra collection cups
- Cups inside your bra
- Nothing to hold and your top stays down, so you can pump at your desk or on the couch.
- Soft silicone shields
- Frosted, food-grade silicone instead of hard plastic against your breast.
- 8 oz per side
- Room for a full session. Empty them before they reach the top.
- Backflow membranes
- Silicone membranes sit between your milk and the tubing.
- Wide, open cups
- Pour straight into a bottle or storage bag when you’re done.

Pick the right fit before you order
Comfort and output both depend on fit. The kit comes with 24 mm and 28 mm shields. If your nipple measures smaller, choose the kit with a 19 mm or 21 mm insert, or add Legendairy silicone inserts later.
- 19mm insert option
- 21mm insert option
- 24mm in the box
- 28mm in the box
Not sure of your size? Measure with Legendairy’s printable nipple ruler, or call us and we’ll help.
Three ways to pump hands-free
Already own a compatible pump? Cups are the simplest upgrade. Still need a pump? Your insurance may cover one that’s hands-free.

Questions moms ask about silicone collection cups
Do they leak if I bend over?
They can. Legendairy says the cups are made for pumping while you’re upright and aren’t fully spill-proof, so avoid bending over and keep them upright when you take them off.
How do I clean them?
Boil every part except the tubing and adapters for 3 minutes before first use. After each session, take them apart, rinse in cold water, then hand wash in warm, soapy water and air-dry. Legendairy says to skip steam sterilizers, which can warp the silicone; UV or cold sterilizing is fine.
How often do I replace parts?
Legendairy recommends new duckbill valves every 1 to 2 months and new backflow membranes about every 4 months.
Can I use them to catch leaks without pumping?
No. They’re made for active pumping with a compatible pump, not as passive milk catchers.
Need the pump to go with them?
Most health plans, including Marketplace plans, must cover a breast pump under federal rules (HealthCare.gov). We check your plan, get the prescription from your doctor, and ship a covered pump to your door, including pumps these cups fit, like the Spectra S1 Plus and Motif Luna.
