A warming, massaging wearable for slow let-down days
The Momcozy W1 Wellness 1 Warm-Massage Wearable Breast Pump sits in your bra with no tubes or cords, and its flange warms and massages as you pump. Momcozy calls it the first wearable to combine full-surface warmth with 5-zone massage.
Think of a warm compress and a gentle hand, built into the pump.

Is the Momcozy W1 right for you?
Best for
- Let-down that’s slow to come, or sessions that leave you tense
- Moms who reach for a warm compress or massage before pumping
- Long days between charges: up to 10 sessions with warmth off
- Bigger 6 oz cups
Maybe not for
- Let-down comes easily and you’d like a lighter, simpler wearable with a carry case: see the Momcozy M5 Smart
- Anyone who needs a travel bag in the box: the W1 has none

Warmth all the way around, to help you relax
The soft DoubleFit™ flange warms across its whole surface. Momcozy says the warmth eases tension so let-down can come more naturally. Pick the level that feels right that day, or turn it off.
- 99°F
- 102°F
- 106°F max
Momcozy caps it at 106°F (41°C), below the 43°C burn-risk threshold, and built-in time limits switch warmth and massage off on their own.
Massage that moves with the suction
Five zones vibrate in time with each pull. Momcozy says this helps milk move through the ducts.

Everything else, and why it helps
- App optional
- Run it from the pump’s own display, or change suction, warmth and massage from your phone without reaching under your shirt.

- Room to find a rhythm that feels right, plus expert programs in the app.
- DoubleFit™ flange
- Two layers of soft silicone that sit closer, with less shifting.
- Clear top

Questions moms ask about the Momcozy W1
How strong is the Momcozy W1 suction?
Up to 295 mmHg across 12 levels, Momcozy says, with 4 modes: Stimulation, Expression, Mixed and Milk Boost. That is 25 mmHg stronger than the Spectra S1 and S2 (270 mmHg). Momcozy does not publish a mmHg range for each mode.
How do I put together the Momcozy W1?
Start with clean, dry, cooled parts. 1. Fit the valve flush onto the milk collector. 2. Join the collector halves with the front and back covers lined up. 3. Snap the diaphragm cover onto the silicone first, then onto the cup lid, which prevents an air leak. 4. Push the flange, with your insert in it, onto the pump until tight. 5. Attach the motor to the collector, aligned and secure. If suction feels weak, check the valve and a dry diaphragm first.
What are the Momcozy W1 parts, and where do I get replacements?
You wash 5 parts per pump: the flange, insert, diaphragm, milk collector and valve. The collector is a clamshell that opens flat. Momcozy sells W1 replacement parts such as valves and collection cups. Momcozy says to stay with its own flanges and inserts, because a mismatched flange can break the seal. Questions about what fits? Call or message us.
Can I pump with the Momcozy W1 warmth off?
Yes. With warmth off, Momcozy rates up to 10 sessions per charge; with warmth and massage on, up to 6.
Do I need the app to use the Momcozy W1?
No. The buttons and LED display on each pump run every setting. The app adds expert programs, saved routines and a milk log.
How long does the Momcozy W1 take to charge, and is there a charging case?
About 2.5 hours over USB-C, according to Momcozy’s FAQ; Amazon lists about 2 hours. There is no charging case: the 2200 mAh battery is built into each pump, and one 2-in-1 cable charges both. The pump will not run while it charges.
How loud is the Momcozy W1, and how much does it weigh?
Under 50 dB, a touch louder with massage on, Momcozy says. Each pump weighs about 11.3 oz (320 g), which Momcozy notes is on the heavier side for a wearable, so a snug pumping bra helps.
How do I clean the Momcozy W1?
Hand wash the milk parts after each use. Momcozy has not verified dishwasher safety, so we would not use one. Soak the parts 3 to 5 minutes in warm soapy water, air dry, and boil them 5 to 10 minutes to sanitize. Skip microwave and UV sterilizers. Wipe the motor, warming zone and massage points with a dry or barely damp cloth, never under water.
Is the Momcozy W1 hospital grade?
No. Momcozy says the W1 is a strong wearable but not hospital grade, and suggests a stronger pump alongside it if you exclusively pump to protect your supply.
Can I use the Momcozy W1 lying down?
No. Momcozy does not recommend lying down, side-lying or strenuous movement, because milk has to flow down and the seal has to hold. Pump sitting up, then go back to bed.
Does insurance cover the Momcozy W1?
Yes, most health plans must cover a breast pump under federal rules. We check your plan, get the prescription from your doctor, and ship the pump to your door. Start your order through insurance and we will tell you before anything ships if your plan covers a different pump.
